Updates to content on this website should be submitted in writing via the Contact tab at the top of this page, except in the case of linked documents you want to replace with an amended version. These documents may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with "PLGC Website Update" in the subject line.
Documents linked to this website must be submitted in PDF format exactly as you want them to be seen by website visitors, and should always include a PLGC logo. If you don't have a copy of the logo, please contact me via the Contact tab at the top of this page and let me know if you want the symbol only or the symbol and name of the club emailed to you.
Use Helvetica 10 or 12 pt. font for the body and 14 or 16 pt. font for the header in documents that will be linked to the website.
Most website updates are made on the next Wednesday after receipt. If you want a form converted to a fillable PDF form, however, it may be up to two weeks before it is posted. If the document is time-sensitive, please notify me via the Contact tab at the top of this page, even if you send the document itself to my email address.
