Veterans at local health care facilities were thanked and honored for their military service last week by members of Plantation Lakes Garden Club. Following our monthly business meeting, on November 1, President Margaret Woda demonstrated how to make the arrangements. She used purchased mini-carnations from Kitty's Flowers in Millsboro and containers that were prepared in advance by a committee of six members led by chair, Gale Harley.
