Penny Pines
Penny Pines is a National Garden Clubs project that helps to restore areas damaged by fire or natural disaster, such as the recent California fires or the floods in Louisiana. All of our members participate in this effort by donating loose change at our meetings. Penny Pines Chair Marie VanDerWall announced at our September meeting that our club's first donation to Penny Pines had been made in recognition of me as the founding member of our club. I am so honored and blessed.
